Sometimes you read something and you agree wholeheartedly with it.

Sometimes you read it and you do the same and you want to storm the citadels of sick minded fuckwits.

PS. there is nothing in the 'initiative' that would explain how there are 'twenty million' Scots around the world, presumably it is something to do with blood and soil.
