Can't believe Owen is above Cole and Ferdinand. I suspect the compiler is a Sunderland supporter.
And I would definitely have Beardsley at number one. The bloke was class. Full stop.

Personally speaking I would have rated Gary Speed higher. A true master and gent. And a fucking great player of association football.

Fuck, if you've got Owen and Martins, that doesn't say much for your signings! What about Beresford; was he signed the season before the Premiership started? Ginola was a bit hot and cold, but he was fun to watch.
Oh and surely Mareclino was the finest signing!
